Important Information

  • Return Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • No Restocking Fees: Returns and exchanges are free of additional charges.

How to Return Items

To return a product, email us at support@bordeh.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns received after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  • Contact us first: Email support@bordeh.com with your order details and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
  • Follow instructions: After approval, we’ll provide steps for returning your item.
  • Pack securely: Protect the product to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within 7 days. No restocking fees are applied.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, email support@bordeh.com with the details of the replacement. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Canceling an Order

To cancel, email us immediately at support@bordeh.com:

  • Orders not yet processed can usually be canceled.
  • Orders already in processing or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return them after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package all orders, but mistakes or damage can happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of the items and packaging.
  2. Email support@bordeh.com with your photos.
  3. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or correction quickly.
