• Same-Day Orders: Place your order before 5:00 PM EDT and it will start processing the same business day. Orders after 5:00 PM begin processing the next business day.

• Orders not yet processed can usually be canceled.
• Orders already in processing or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return them after delivery

We currently ship to the US.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To return a product, email us at support@bordeh.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns received after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Process

• Pack securely: Protect the product to prevent damage during shipping.
