Is the return shipping free?
No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are there any restocking fees for returns?
No, we do not charge restocking fees. You will be refunded in full once your return is processed and approved.
How long will it take to receive a refund after I return an item?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@bordeh.com. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please take photos of the item and email them to us at support@bordeh.com. We will investigate and arrange for the correct item or a replacement.
