No, you’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back.

We don’t charge any restocking fees. Once your return is approved, you’ll get a full refund.

After we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as you can at support@bordeh.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can’t be canceled, but you can return it once it arrives.

Please take a few photos and send them to support@bordeh.com. We’ll look into it and arrange a replacement or the correct item for you.
